Information submitted through the quote form

When you request a quote, the website may collect your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle details, service preferences, location information and any notes you choose to provide. LMK uses that information to respond to the request, clarify vehicle condition, prepare a quote and coordinate an appointment.

Analytics, cookies and spam protection

The site uses WordPress and WPForms to operate the quote form and Google Site Kit with Google Analytics to understand website use. Google services may set cookies or process technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, referral source and pages viewed. WPForms may also use Google reCAPTCHA when enabled to help limit spam. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy and use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool.

Retention and choices

LMK may retain quote and service communications for customer response, scheduling, follow-up and ordinary business records. You may ask what information LMK has about your request, request a correction or ask for deletion when no legal or operational recordkeeping need applies.
